　　Main Type:80%Cotton/20%polyester,60%Cotton/40%polyester

　　Descrption:Recycle cotton yarn refers to the yarn produced by using some leftover materials or waste silk produced in the process of spinning,weaving,and garment processing as raw materials,and then reprocessing the fiber material.

　　Features:

　　*High breaking strength,generally more than 40%higher than cotton threads of the same specification;

　　*Good wearable resistance,generally 1 times higher than cotton threads of the same specification;

　　*Small shrinkage,only about 0.5%,suitable for sewing chemical fiber fabrics and anti-wrinkle high-grade cotton Fabric with flat stitches;

　　*Good heat resistance,suitable for high-speed sewing machines of 3000-4000r/min,ironing temperature around 160°C;

　　*Good softness and elasticity,suitable for sewing high-grade chemical fiber fabrics.

　　Application:

　　Among the cotton-type recycled yarns,1/3 is used to produce denim,1/3 is used to produce curtains and sofa fabrics,and the rest is used to produce labor gloves and mops.Chemical fiber recycle yarns are mostly used in the production of decorative cloths,gloves,mops and fillers.
