　　The heating metallic yarns are made by pure stainless steel/copper/silver fibers with various conductivities.

　　Generally available from stock,the insulate heating yarns are available for the following resistivity:

　　3,6 ohm/m

　　4,6 ohm/m

　　7,0 ohm/m

　　9,0 ohm/m

　　14,0 ohm/m

　　30,0 ohm/m

　　60,0 ohm/m

　　*Constant conductivity with or without mechanical stress.

　　*Very good flexibility which makes small bending radius possible within textiles or composite parts.

　　*High fatigue resistance.

　　*High mechanical strength.

　　*High temperature resistant:up to 600°C,or even more when they are protected from oxidation(neutral environment).

　　*Outstanding performances for RFID applications,with a very good resistance to industrial washings.

　　*Suitable for cutting Polystyrene or other thermoplastic materials.

　　*Great resistance to sweat,oxidation,salty water and industrial washing.

　　Application:Intelligent heating clothing(heating gloves,heating belts,heating insoles,heating socks,heating vests,jackets,sleeping bags,etc.),heating pads,car seat heating,car steering wheels,or other threads using in high temperature conditions.
